PRE Labs Limited Warranty

Coverage Period

Your PRE Labs Inc. armour panels are warrantied to provide you with the stated protection from the specified threats for a period of five (5) years from the date of manufacture. Your PRE Labs Inc. carrier is warrantied against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years.

Limitations

Both warranties are subject to the following limitations: 

1. The limited warranties for the armour panels and carriers commence from the date of manufacture. 
2. You must complete and mail the warranty card included with your product or complete and submit the online warranty form within thirty (30) days of purchase. 
3. Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of any warranty claim. 
4. The warranty is extended to the original user/purchaser only. 
5. Valid warranty claims will be honoured on a prorated basis. 
6. The user is required to provide PRE Labs Inc. with new contact information should they move during the warranty period. 

This warranty is void if: 

1. the care and maintenance instructions as stated on the owner’s manual, armour panels, and/or carrier labels have not been followed; 
2. the product has been altered in any matter after delivery to the purchaser other than by PRE Labs; 
3. the PRE Labs armour panels are used with an unauthorized vest carrier; 
4. the product has been subjected to improper or abnormal use or abuse. 

Should you identify any defects in your armour panels or vest carrier, please contact us immediately at info@prelabsinc.com or call 1-877-435-7360 for instructions on how to return the product(s) for warranty repair or replacement. 

PRE Labs Inc. reserves the right to repair or replace the warrantied product(s) at its exclusive discretion, without cost to you OR provide you with a refund for the purchase price on a prorated basis. 

PRE Labs Inc. disclaims any liability for consequential damages or any expressed or implied warranty for particular purpose other than as provided above, listed on the product warning labels, or contained within the product owner’s manual.
