Role Description:

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Bilingual Customer Support Representative (English/French) to join our team. Working directly with the Director of Customer Relations the successful candidate will be the company representative for multiple law enforcement departments. This role serves as a critical point of contact for PRE Labs customers in Ontario and Quebec.

Job responsibilities:

  • As a member of the Customer Relations team your responsibility would be to interact either in person or virtually with PRE Labs customers based in Ontario and Quebec.
  • Provide information regarding product information, delivery timetines, and general services
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inquiries and interactions in secure systems
  • Ensure compliance with privacy legislation and confidentiality standards
  • Escalate sensitive or complex matters to appropriate supervisory personnel
  • Provide support to officers and administrative staff as needed
  • This is not a sales position.
  • As we are customer-centric there is the expectation of travel.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) required
  • Minimum 1–3 years of customer service or public service experience
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database/records management systems
  • High school diploma required

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
  • Clear criminal record
  • Canadian citizen
  • Ability to work in Canada
  • Have your own vehicle and current drivers license

Compensation:

  • $50,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience
