Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative provides professional support to PRE Labs customers and assists with order administration, delivery coordination, and ongoing customer communication. The Ottawa position will have particular relevance to PRE Labs' Eastern Canadian law-enforcement, government, and defence customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate order status and delivery information with Production and Shipping.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Assist with quotations and order documentation.
- Support warranty, return, and service inquiries.
- Coordinate customer sizing, fitting, or program information where applicable.
- Support government and law-enforcement contracts.
- Maintain effective communication with PRE Labs' Kelowna customer-service team.
- Assist with customer reports and contract documentation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or order-administration experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience supporting government, law-enforcement, defence, or B2B customers is an asset.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
- English/French bilingual capability is highly desirable for the Ottawa position.
