Ottawa Facility - Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Coordinator

Ottawa, Ontario  |  Full-time  |  $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Coordinator manages the physical movement and storage of materials and finished goods within the Ottawa facility while maintaining accurate inventory records and traceability.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against documentation.
• Coordinate incoming materials with Quality for inspection.
• Store and issue materials to production.
• Pick, pack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Prepare shipping and courier documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate warehouse locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Maintain inventory traceability.
• Coordinate shipments and transfers between Ottawa and Kelowna.
• Identify damaged or incorrect shipments.
• Operate material-handling equipment where required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure warehouse.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Basic computer and inventory-system proficiency.
• Forklift experience or certification is an asset.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
