Production Sewing Machine Operator

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the floor Production Manager, the Production Sewer will be responsible for carrying out various manufacturing processes including:

• Sewing Machine operation (Training will be provided)
• Support additional production teams and processes as needed.
• Quality Control
• Maintaining machines and work area

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• 6+ months experience working in some form of textile production/garment manufacturing shop/general labor/warehouse preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience with sewing machines – Sewing Machines, Sergers, Bar tack, Embroidery, Programmeable Sewer
• Strong attention to detail is critical. Our products save lives, and it is our duty to provide quality, high-performance solutions that adhere to strict industry and safety standards.
• Experience with quality control and best practices.
• No experience/entry level will also be considered
• Candidate will need to have reliable transportation. We are also located directly in front of a bus stop.
• Work Schedule:* 7:00AM – 3:30PM (8 hour shift) Monday - Friday

Compensation Details:

• Starting wage negotiable - related to work experience and performance.
• Opportunity for wage advancements and promotions from within
• 4% Vacation Pay
• 100% Employer paid benefits will start after 3-month probation.
