PROGRAM MANAGER (full-time)

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at all aspects of project management.

About the Job:

PRE Labs Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Manager. 

• Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM.
• Paid medical/dental benefits after a three-month probationary period.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budgets, timelines and team members. They will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all team members and quickly identify and communicate any problems related to the completion of a project.

Responsibilities

• Develop timelines, budget, teams and plan for a given project
• Ensure high quality work is produced, and timelines are met
• Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program
• Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program performance
• Facilitate communication between relevant team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in program management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and program management software such as Asana
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong observational skills and attention to details
• Ability to work quickly and accurately
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently
